Ken

As the son of a rich business man, Ken was given everything on a silver platter and he was starting to become an obnoxious spoiled brat. His father sent him to Japan to live and train with his best friend - Gouken - to set him on the right path.

He became best friends and sparring partners with Ryu, Gouken’s adopted son, and their relationship grew until a brotherly rivalry. After the first World Warrior tournament, in which Ryu was victorious, the two traveled back to Japan to learn that their father/trainer, Gouken, had been killed by Akuma. Ryu and Ken made it their mission to earn revenge on Akuma.
