Guile

An American Air Force liutenant, Guile was sent out to stop Charlie and Chun-Li’s rogue mission to defeat Bison (Bison had bribed people within the Army). However, he realized what was happening and instead helped them defeat Bison. Unfortunately, Charlie sacrificed his life in the mission and Bison was able to escape. When Guile learned of Bison’s survival, he entered the world warrior tournament for revenge.

Guile is married to Jane and Ken is married to Eliza, who are sisters, making Guile and Ken brothers-in-law. However, Guile doesn’t like Ken because of his spoiled brat attitude.
