Super Street Fighter IV has today finally been confirmed, by Capcom, as the release to succeed Street Fighter IV.  With many new alluring features which will take the players into a world of fantasy the game is going to be bigger, better, and deadlier than any other sequel in the past 10 years. The game has received the SUPER title owing to the popularity and also because of its logo (as of previous versions).
Information has started flowing all over the world as people are so excited to know the features of this game. An interview with some of the experts has revealed that the game has the inclusion of a renowned Korean Tae Kwon Do martial arts expert, Juri (considered as Seth’s Henchman). The game will also feature T.Hawk and Dee Jay, the famous characters of Super Turbo series of Street Fighter.
People right now are spreading some rumors about the cast of the game and they listed many new characters before the release of the game yesterday.
The new characters include Hakan who is an Arab grappler and normally has lots of lots of oil with him. Some of the best characters of the previous versions have also been included. From Street Fighter III we have Ibuki, Dudley and Makoto. Adon, Guy and Cody from the Alpha series of Street Fighter and the characters from Super Turbo series as said earlier. But the characters will only be revealed once the game is launched and we will then know how many of these rumors turned out to be actually true.
The game will have new features to the old returning cast and they will give you a fresher look. To make the game upto date, gameplay will be much improved, giving the end user a more exciting gaming experiance.
So, all Street Fighter fans, get excited. Spring 2010 for the release of Super Street Fighter IV for your XBOX 360 and Playstation 3.

Street Fighter: Legend of Chun Li Trailer (NEW)

We got our greasy little hands on a new version of the Street Fighter movie, “Legend of Chun Li”. In fact, thanks to YouTube, the entire interwebz got their collective mice/mouses/clicks/monitors/etc… on the same thing. Without further adieu:

I think its hilarious how the entire thing is in Chinese but the background music hilariously reminds me of an American 80s song that belongs in Rocky 5.

Street Fighter YouTube Game

This must have taken forever to make. How long? We’d like to know! While it won’t fill the vacancy in your heart reserved for Street Fighter 4, it will kill a few minutes of boredom. Using YouTube’s new button-like features the maker of these vids has created a choose-your-own-adventure type of YouTube game that is, essentially, a Street Fighter game.

Sorry if that is not what you were expecting but I have no clue how I could possibly describe it any better! Pretty crazy, right? While its a neat little gimmick I feel completely sorry for the lad that spent countless hour upon hour making it. They REALLY had to be bored.

Street Fighter 4 Gameplay Video… ALMOST HERE!

We’re only about a month away from the best fighting game known to man returning to our planet after a decade away in the form of Street Fighter 4. While you’re probably already biting your finger nails and praying to the video game gods that you get one of the first copies, we thought we’d torture you a bit more:

Is that a sick gameplay video or WHAT? I can’t wait… I really, really can’t wait!

Street Fighter 4 FightPads and FightSticks

The hardcore SF4 fans have been waiting for a decade for this and you might as well savor the moment because who knows when, or if, there will be a Street Fighter 5. Why not relish in SF4 glory with controllers that are skinned with your favorite Street Fighter legends?

If you don’t think that’s sweet, please provide me with your IP address so I can permanently ban you from this website.

Street Fighter - Legend Of Chun Li Trailer

Before getting your hopes up TOO much, the Legend Of Chun Li Movie Trailer you’re about to see is pretty short and it’s in Japanese but nonetheless, we know some of you are probably craving stuff like this. Andrzej Bartkowiak - the same guy behind the 2005 adaptation of DOOM - is the director.

Legend Of Chun Li should start playing in theatres on February 27th, 2009:

Street Fighter 4 FightStick: Elite Arcade Joysticks

There is nothing quite like playing the Street Fighter games - or any legendary arcade game for that matter - with the classic arcade joystick and controls you’d find in an actual arcade. Get ready SF4 fans because there is a special SF4 arcade joystick that brings that same experience to your XBox 360 and/or Wii available at Amazon:

Sweet! Now we can get our hadouken on in classic, legendary arcade style while you Tyyyygerrrr Uppercut the buttons with precision. The MadCatz version (the last of the 3 links) is $79.99 while the tournament editions is $149.99.

That $149.99 is totally worth it and you’ll understand it once you read the following product description:

The official Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition controller for Microsoft Xbox 360 was designed for fighting game fans to recreate the quality, gameplay and precision found in arcades. Using the exact Sanwa joystick and 30mm buttons found in official Street Fighter IV arcade machines, along with realistic spacing and an eight-button layout, the Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition brings the true arcade experience right into your home. With separate turbo settings for each button and the best components, prepare yourself for hours of competition, no quarters necessary.

Man… the release of this game cannot come soon enough!
